Located in Woorree, an eastern suburb of Geraldton the abode was sold for an increase in price of just $17,000 after being held for 18 years.

Sold after two months on the market, the home traded for $35,000 below its $325,000 asking price.

Set on a 1 hectare plot, the property features 75 metres of street frontage.

It remained on market for 57 days at the same asking price of $325,000.

Last sold in 2001, the home transacted for $273,000.
