Brad Reed of North Shore Realty marketed the listing.

The 2006 built home has a fully fenced backyard and a built in wardrobe in all four bedrooms.

The listing described it as a "solid brick and tile home."

It is located minutes from public transport, Mudjimba Beach, Maroochy River, schools and other amenities.

Last sold in May 2006, the property transacted for $190,000, a $20,000 increase on its April 2006 sale price of $170,000.
