SQM's top ten nationwide most discounted properties list this week included a South Australia property making its debut.

Set on 6,480sqm, it is a six bedroom, three bathroom, red double brick 1971 home. Last sold in 1989, it was designed by Adelaide Architect Deane Treloar for the Coxon family.

SQM advised the bushland property has been on the market since late last year and has since then been reduced a total $415,000 from the $1.39 million initially sought by the vendor who dropped the price just below the million dollar mark earlier this year.

"This property is no doubt a bargain and offers plenty of value to buyers interested in the area or searching for the perfect holiday home," SQM's Louis Christopher said.
