Chinese developer Dahua Group have launched the first stage of their Sutherland Shire boutique estate, The Ridgeway.

The first 13 blocks of land within the 14 hectare Barden Ridge development that sits opposite the landscape-designed The Ridge Golf Course range in size from 550 sqm and are priced from $800,000.

Stage one is being marketed as The Linden Release, named after the native trees within the estate.

The whole project near the Royal National Park will total 133 lots and will retain a large portion of the native bushland on the site.

It includes a small forest of native Turpentine trees.

Dahua Group Sales Director Lili Shang said Dahua was thrilled to be launching a new boutique estate to the Sydney market with a unique and rare opportunity to secure land in the highly sought-after Sutherland Shire.

“The Ridgeway is an exclusive opportunity to secure private, tranquil land set within a national park, with a full-size council-owned golf course located opposite the site, as well as excellent amenity nearby,” Shang said.

“We’ve had a number of local upsizing families who have been patiently waiting to secure a block of land upon which they plan to build their dream family home.

“As the first blocks to be released in the estate, these will not take long to sell largely due to the sheer rarity of land available in the Sutherland Shire.”

Dahua Group bought the site from the Gandangara Local Aboriginal Land Council.
