All 46 lots offered in the final release of Mirvac's Schofields master-planned development were sold out on the weekend.

More than 700 people registered interest in the blocks, which started at $399,900 for a 324-square-metre block.

Some were offered as house-and-land packages starting at $670,500 in the 393-lot development.

Six new home designs were launched at The Avenue in late June 2015.

Mirvac's head of residential, John Carfi, said The Avenue was set within the government's north-west growth sector which has benefited from investment in infrastructure including the Schofields train station, new schools and roads.

"The Avenue blends the peace of rural tranquility with the convenience and rich amenity of an established urban neighbourhood," the marketing suggested.
