Watching a movie in a home cinema is a truly immersive experience, in every sense of the word for this Queensland offering.

It comes with four sleeper beds, with matching carpet and wall patterns.

The state of the art home cinema is in a six-bedroom Sorrento, Queensland mansion that spreads out over three levels on its 2,025 square metre block.

Created for family living and grand entertaining, it was marketed as both stylish and inviting.

The marketing by Toni Rich and Jamie Bourke at First National Paradise Point noted the cinema was award-winning.

There is 1,300 square metre internal space at the property that comes with a private tennis court, a pool room with its own wetbar and mooring facilities on its 37-metre water frontage.

It sold in 2010 at $4 million, having been listed in 2009 with $6.8 million hopes.
