Choice Homes house and land packages at Wildwoods Grove

Gold Coast home builder Choice Homes are marketing the remaining 12 lots of house and land packages in Wildwoods Grove, the Park Ridge estate in the booming South East Queensland land market.

The boutique subdivision of 47 large sized lots, off Chamber Flat Road, is part of the master planned 2,450 hectare Park Ridge community.

It will have schools, shops, health services and parks.

Wildwoods Grove, well placed near the planned Woolworths Shopping Centre, has 12 lots on offer, all over 400 sqm.

They are being targeted at young families, with yards big enough the kids can play in.

There are seven different types of home builds that Choice Homes are offering.

Brookfield, Brookfield SK, Brunswick, Florida, Ibiza, and The Opal all comprise four bedrooms, while Mapleton (pictured top) has five bedrooms.

Each home will have a double garage and a premium stone entry statement.

Wildwoods Grove is accessed off Chambers Flat Road has recently been upgraded to four lanes allowing quick access to the surrounding towns.
