Brisbane's school report card on catchment price growth

The Domain 2015 School Zones Report Card found Brisbane property prices within the school catchment zone for New Farm State School and Wavell State High School are experiencing the highest median house price growth year on year.

Property within the catchment areas for Kuraby State School and Runcorn State High School had the lowest median house price increase of all Brisbane government school catchment areas.
