What the $385,000 median house price gets in Hobart

After CoreLogic RP Data recently reported a median house price of $300,250 in Hobart, Property Observer went searching for what that got.
In Moonah, the median house price will secure a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house on Tregear Street (above). The house sits on 536 square metres of land.
For $315,000 on Redwood Road in Algona Rise, Kingston buyers can secure a brand new two-bedroom, two-bathroom house (below). The house is the final remaining house in Algona Rise.
In Old Beach, $300,000 will secure a three-bedroom, one-bathroom house with river and mountain views on Grevillea Avenue (below). The 1995 brick veneer house sits on 1,002 square metres of land.
