Tweet of the day: Pete Wargent notes detached housing construction makes way for high density building

Co-founder of AllenWargent Property Buyers Pete Wargent has tweeted more than half of the current national building work done has been in New South Wales and Victoria.

Posting through his Twitter handle @PeteWargent, he said in Sydney, at the increase in higher density construction has to some extent come at the expense of detached house construction, with house completions in New South Wales still tracking well below historical levels.
