Dwelling values across Sydney are up by a 'healthy' 4.6% over September quarter while figures remain flat over the month, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
In the October Housing Market Update video, CoreLogic RP Data research director Tim Lawless said Melbourne's strong clearance rates are helping it to overtake Sydney as the nation's best performer.
