Perth now boasts 39 suburbs with a median value of $1 million or more, latest figures from CoreLogic RP Data show.

 

The $3.5 million Peppermint Grove again tops the WA list, ranked six on the national list, behind Sydney’s Point Piper at $5.5 million.

 

Peppermint Grove’s nearest local rival is Dalkeith with a median house value of $2.47 million.

 

Australia now 437 suburbs on the list. Perth has 12 within the top 200.
