Those living in high capital gains areas of Sydney and Melbourne consider the time is ripe to sell.
Some 60% of respondents of the CoreLogic RP Data Nine Rewards Consumer sentiment survey thought conditions were good to buy, such as those living in the weaker markets of Tasmania, regional South Australia, Brisbane and regional Queensland.
Sydney and Melbourne respondents saw now as the time to sell due to high capital gains.
