A mansion built in 1850, complete with 25 rooms and staff accommodation leads the top ten discounted properties for this week from SQM Research.
The Tasmanian property, on four and a half acres, has been reduced by $1,005,000 after being on the market since March 2013.
The second property, in Oberon, NSW, is a two bedder on a 585 sqm block that has been discounted from $299,000 to $149,000.
