Sandringham is a bayside suburb of Melbourne, Australia. It is located 16 km south-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, and is situated on the lower eastern shore of Port Phillip.
Its local government area is the City of Bayside. At the 2016 census, Sandringham had a population of 9,569.
Bordered by Hampton to the north, Black Rock to the east and Beaumaris to the west, Sandringham has its own beach. The area now known as Sandringham was first settled by Europeans in 1853; it was originally called Upper Beaumaris.
