Nedlands is a beautiful suburb of Perth, Western Australia. It is located just north of the Swan River and east of Kings Park. The suburb was named after Edward Nedlands, the Minister for Lands in Western Australia from 1901 to 1904.
Nedlands is home to some of Perth's most prestigious schools, including Scotch College, Wesley College and St Hilda's School for Girls. The University of Western Australia is also located in Nedlands. The campus covers an area of over 130 hectares and is one of the largest universities in Australia.
The suburb has a population of over 9,000 people and is renowned for its leafy streets and stunning homes.
