Construction set to commence on Little Projects' Signature in coming weeks
Construction is set to commence on Little Projects' $210 million Signature Broadbeach development in Queensland in coming weeks with Icon Construction's Queensland arm appointed to build the project. Signature Broadbeach has sold over 60 per cent of apartments since it was first launched to the market in 2018, and represents one of the strongest selling projects on the Gold Coast.
Located in the quiet street of Philip Avenue, Signature Broadbeach will comprise 245 apartments upon completion, with many buyers opting to combine apartments to make large, ocean-facing homes, whilst many local and interstate investors have seen Signature Broadbeach as a great lifestyle investment given the attractive investment returns available.
Signature Broadbeach has been designed by Rothelowman in collaboration with SJB Interiors and features a mirror-like facade with every apartment oriented towards the ocean in order to maximise views. Internally, SJB Interiors has sought to create a serene and calm environment, with highly considered interiors complemented by natural materials including timber and stone.
