Tasman Development

Founded in 2014, Tasman Group is an integrated real estate development and investment entity that focuses on assets investment, design and planning, sales and marketing, property construction management, and asset management.

Led by corporate founder Dr. Eric Zhang, the group has a property development portfolio worth more than 600 million AUD. It includes Juniper-Epping, Xanadu-Wolli Creek, a large serviced apartment project in Blue Mountains Sydney, and more.

The group has developed in conjunction with Urban Development Strategy of Sydney on six projects in Sydney Priority Precincts. Their latest projects include 59-61 Windsor Road, Baulkham Hills, and 18-28 Neild Avenue, Rushcutters Bay.
