Luigi Rosselli, one of Australia's most revered architects, was behind the designs of Pointe, the off the plan apartment development in <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/edgecliff-nsw">Edgecliff</a>.

The architectural inspiration for the tower at 448 Edgecliff Road draws from the subtle curves of the Harbour's undulating bays.

Luigi Rosselli Architects thoughtfully incorporated sandstone elements, reflecting the earthy textures of the natural landscape.

The architecture firm said the development is "as slender and gracious as a ballet dancer hovering over <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/edgecliff-nsw">Edgecliff</a>."

"Shaped with rough rendered walls, curved glass balustrades and double edge concrete beams, this will be Luigi Rosselli Architects' tallest residential tower overlooking Sydney Harbour Bridge.

"The entry hall with brick brise soleil will be the ground for it’s eleven storeys, whilst it’s interiors with slender design and graceful curves will be drenched in light and Harbour views."

The centrepiece of the residences are the generous whole-floor open plan living and dining areas, flowing onto an extensive north-facing entertainers terrace with Sydney Harbour and city skyline views.

The kitchen features honed travertine benchtops and splashbacks, while the master bedrooms boast substantial walk-in-robes and a full ensuite. Luxury extends into the bathrooms, which showcase travertine, oak, handmade terracotta tiles, and bronze accents.&nbsp;
