Nicolas Daoud and Co (NDCO) is a property developer who focuses on both Queensland and New South Wales, building both residential and commercial projects, including large-scale hotels and Quest apartments.

NDCO Director and owner Nicolas Daoud works closely specialising in properties with a significant heritage presence.

Two of the company's current projects include a four-level low-rise located at 28 Bong Bong Street in Kiama and three low-rise buildings at Corner 1-3 Victoria Street in Bowral. Both of these projects have been designed by ADM Architects.
