New Sky Group

New Sky Group is an Australian property company that has delivered CBD towers and house and land communities. Led by Judy Gu, who has experience in both Australia and China, New Sky handles development, marketing, sales, business, and legal.

Their most recent development is called 88 Melbourne, located at 88 Queensbridge Street in Southbank. Designed by Rothelowman, this project encompasses a 61 level high-rise, which includes a pool, outdoor terraces, and an exclusive concierge service.

New Sky is also developing a series of apartments in Brunswick called The Moreland at 444 Moreland Road, Brunswick West.
