Manors Gate Group is a privately owned development company with a current project portfolio valued at over $600 million. Led by Managing Director, Vincent Zhuang, the company focuses on luxury homes in Melbourne’s blue-chip suburbs, including Toorak, Balwyn, and Hawthorn.

Their most recent development is the Hawthorn Club Apartments which sit at the corner of Luton Lane and Glenferrie Road. The project features five levels, with 68 apartments at the site of the former Hawthorn Club.

The ground floor will feature retail spaces with a communal rooftop area at the top.
