Malvern Developments is a company set-up to deliver the Alston Apartments, located in Malvern East. The residences at 2055 Malvern Road comprise a 26 unit building designed by Chandler Architecture.

Malvern Developments are working in conjunction with Quantum Group on this project, an investment company with financial dealer groups in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Malaysia.

The project is also being overseen by Tract, a national planning and design practice specialising in town planning, urban design, landscape architecture, and associated digital media.
