Chinese developer Luvarc initially made its mark in Australia by purchasing a major block of land in Melbourne’s Wheelers Hill. Its first foray into more significant developments, Lurvarc paid more than $20 million for the block, which can sustain a mixed-use residential development.

Along with this, the company is also developing the Amber, located at 994 Toorak Road in Camberwell, a three-level low-rise that will feature 22 residencies upon completion.

The single building project sits close to Hartwell and Burwood stations, as well as the #75 tram.
