The group's latest development is located at East Central, 820 Whitehorse Road, Box Hill. A $200,000,000 project designed by Fender Katsalidis which comprises residential units, retail, commercial office, and extensive communal areas, including a home theatre, libraries, and games rooms.

Longriver is also responsible for La Trobe Tower, located at 323 La Trobe Street in Melbourne. This 43 level project was designed by Rothelowman and is being built by Hickory.
