Linzhu Australia Pty Ltd is a property development and investment firm that works in collaboration with IHG working on previous projects, including voco Sydney Central and 430 Pitt Street mixed-use development, a seventeen-storey tower with a sloping roof known as the “green waterfalls” design.

Linzhu Australia is also responsible for a sixteen storey high-rise located at 136 Hay Street in Haymarket that has been designed by BVN Architecture.
