JVMC

JVMC is a Sydney-based development company known for its industrial development via warehousing facilities in the Preston industry precinct, at 5 Yarrawa Street.

JVMC is also responsible for a similar project called Precinct 75 in Sydney’s St Peters, which was designed by TZG in collaboration with SBA Architects.

One of the company's more recent projects is 73 Mary Street in St Peters, designed by Tonkin Zulaikha Greer Architects. A collection of four mid-rise buildings with 3, 5, 7, 8 levels respectively, the development will provide 178 apartments in total.
