Junico is a company that exists to develop a six-storey, mixed-use development consisting of commercial tenancies and multiple-dwellings on 52 Station Road in Indooroopilly.

Located by Station Road and Foxton Street, the subject site is an “L-shaped” corner lot covering a total area of 1,179 square metres. The mixed-use building with ground-floor commercial tenancies will feature 24 residential units on the upper levels.

Designed by Nettletontribe, the six-storey building will have a gross floor area of 2,947sqm and will be composed of a three-storey podium and a three storey tower fronting Station Road. There will be two basement levels and ground floor parking that can accommodate 56 car parks and opportunities for upper-level streetscape interactions.
