<ul><li>Building a mixed-use development comprising three 15-story buildings above a 3-story podium</li>
	<li>The podium will include ground floor commercial and retail uses</li>
	<li>The development will include a total of 47 units</li>
	<li>At least 50% of the units (236 units) will be designated as affordable housing units</li>
	<li>The affordable housing units will be managed by Pacific Community Housing</li>
	<li>The development will include through-site links and a central publicly accessible open space</li>
	<li>There will be rooftop communal open space</li>
	<li>Multi-level basement car parking will be provided.</li>
