Hifu Capital Pty Ltd is a privately owned Australian company that specialises in construction, development, management and finance procurement. Hifu Capital focuses on residential and commercial real-estate investments and developments.

The Directors and Management team of HiFu Capital undertake and manage all aspects of the development process, including community planning, designing, home construction, landscaping, creation of parklands, and community facilities. They focus on high-class residential communities like their most recent project, The Noble, located at 11B Lachlan Street in Waterloo.

This project is part of the City of Sydney’s Green Square development program and is being designed by TURNER and built by EQ Projects.
