FS Property Group

FS Property Group is a developer known for trying to create the four tallest high-rise buildings Bankstown with a total project cost of over $200 million.

The four buildings, at the Compass Centre at 83-99 North Terrace and 62 The Mall will range in size from 19 to 24 storeys, becoming some of the tallest in southwest Sydney.

FS Property Group is landowner and developer on the project that will increase the maximum building height under the Bankstown Council Local Environment Plan from 53m to 83m.

Both of the above projects have been designed by H3 Architects.
