Brisbane-based Ention Properties are set to bring New York to the Gold Coast's Chevron Island with their contemporary apartment development, Greenwich.

Inspired by New York's iconic Flatiron building, which just sold for $161 million, Greenwich has been designed by Ferro Chow Architects to reflect architecture that is more frequently seen in The Big Apple.

Ention revised the plans for Greenwich during its development phase, reducing the apartment numbers from 48 to 46 while also increasing the number of levels to 15, which allowed for much larger apartments.

Ferro Chow sought to create an atmosphere that harmonises classical elegance with the natural elements of the coastal environment, with a mix of two, three and five-bedroom apartments soon set to adjoin Korman Family Park.

One of the defining features of Greenwich is its signature arched floor-to-ceiling windows. The windows not only provide uninterrupted views of the surrounding parkland, Nerang River, and picturesque hinterland backdrop, but they also flood the apartments with an abundance of natural light.

Fresh wide-plank oak floors further enhance the bright and open plan layouts, while seamlessly blending elegance with coastal charm.&nbsp;

The kitchens will feature marbled stone cladding and uniquely formed island benches, coupled with solid countertops and brushed nickel hardware.

Crowning the tower will be a rooftop garden, with the elevated oasis including various lounge and seating areas, each offering unobstructed city and water views.&nbsp;

Even before its public launch in 2021, Greenwich had already captured the attention and interest of buyers, with many eager to secure their own slice of New York grandeur wedged into the Gold Coast lifestyle.

Greenwich even set the Chevron Island apartment record when a penthouse was sold off the plan for&nbsp;$4.25 million.

Greenwich Chevron Island: New York grandeur matched with the Gold Coast lifestyle

Chevron Island&#39;s apartment record has been set, with the off t​he plan penthouse in the newly launched Greenwich apartment tower selling for $4.25 million.

A local buyer has amalgamated two apartments in the Anembo Street tower, developed by the Brisbane-based developer Ention Properties,&nbsp;to create a massive whole-floor apartment with five bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living rooms and three balconies.

It will span 400 sqm of internal living space, and 60 sqm of balconies and terraces in the architecturally-striking project by Ferro Chow Architects,&nbsp;who were inspired by Manhattan&#39;s famous Flatiron building,

The Brisbane-focused Ention Properties are the latest developer to enter the Gold Coast market from the Queensland capital. They&#39;re set to develop a&nbsp;New York-inspired apartment project, dubbed Greenwich, a reflection of Manhattan&#39;s famous Flatiron building.

Ention have reduced the number of apartments from 48 to 46, and increase the height level to 15. It will be&nbsp;targeted at owner-occupiers, KM Sales and Marketing associate director Todd Matheson says.

&quot;We envisage a majority of owner occupiers buying with 75% of the building being three bedrooms creating a vertical community crowned by a roof top with multi zoned amenity, allowing owners to come together or have private break out spaces,&rdquo; Matheson says.

The building designed by Ferro Chow Architects at 30 Anembo Street, on the corner of Anembo and Aruma Streets, will be predominantly made up of three-bedrooms. There&#39;s also&nbsp;a collection of two-bedroom apartments and a single four-bedroom apartment.&nbsp;

Ention Founding Director&rsquo;s, Trent Thoroughgood and&nbsp;Dion Smith, said that Greenwich would open the doors to luxury for a diversity of buyers, from the downsizer all the way through to the first home buyer.

The distinctive arched floor to ceiling windows will allow&nbsp;uninterrupted park views to the south, 270 degree views over the Nerang River to the south, west and north, and hinterland views to the west.

Crowning&nbsp;the tower will be a yoga lawn and rooftop pool.

Jared Chow, lead architect at Ferro Chow Architects, said Greenwich acts as a canvas to its bordering scenery, inspired by context with its materiality of a neutral palette.

Boutique apartment blocks like&nbsp;Déesse are at the top of enquiry lists for many, with record price gaps between apartments and houses pricing a number of buyers out of the housing market.

The development only has three or four bedroom apartments, with floorplans ranging from 184 sqm to 283 sqm.&nbsp;

Ention director Trent Thoroughgood said they took collective feedback from customers and workewd with Hayes Anderson Lynch and Colliers to put the knowledge into the design of&nbsp;Déesse.

The three bedroom apartments start from $1.53 million, and the four bedroom apartments from $1,895,000.
