Coplex has operated for 41 years in the construction industry, focusing on design, innovative, and sustainable processes. The establishment of Coplex commenced over the past decade with the joint ventures of three stakeholders creating high-performance developments with sustainable designs. Coplex specialises in projects that involve large multi-unit buildings, new developments, luxury apartments, and commercial projects.  

One of the companies latest developments is Geneva, located at 98-116 Lakeside Parade in Jordan Springs, two low-rise four-level apartment buildings designed by Architex. The development will feature 79 residential apartments over four levels and two basements.
