Circum

With recent beginnings in 2017, Circum is a family-run business with more than 40 years’ experience in property development. They operate in Melbourne in collaboration with local design practitioners to create a range of apartment complexes.

One of their latest developments is Nicholson House, which features twelve individual homes in Abbotsford on Nicholson Street close to notable heritage architectural sites.

They are also in the development of Sprout in Richmond, which features an internal courtyard and a three-story-high living wall.
