Capital Estate Developments Pty Limited

Capital Estate Developments is a group that has been appointed by the ACT Government to develop the new Molonglo suburb Denman Prospect.

Part of the Capital Property Group owned by Canberra’s Snow family, Capital Estates, will invest $115.6 million in the project, led by managing director Stephen Byron.

Stage one will deliver 2000 dwellings and run by an outstanding project team led by Nick McDonald-Crowley. Capital Property Group has also produced large scale projects like Canberra Airport, Brindabella Business Park, and the Snow Centre for Education in the Asian Century at Canberra Grammar School.
