Butterfield Constructions exist for the development of the Crosby Park Apartments in Albion. Located at 52 Crosby Road, Albion, this mid-rise building delivers five acres of green space.

Housing 102 apartments across two buildings of six and seven levels, and one, two, and three-bedroom combinations, Crosby Park’s exterior takes colours and textures from natural palettes of beige and white while incorporating a series of geometric lines and orthogonal forms.

The development also features secure underground parking, entry to apartments via one of two lifts, and an intercom system for security. There is also a pool and recreational space located between the two buildings, complete with barbecue facilities and lush landscaped gardens.
