Canberra-based developer Amalgamated Property and partner Base Development have hit a major milestone at its Gold Coast tower, Amaya Broadbeach.

They've now sold over 50 per cent of the 120 apartments which are now under construction at 30 First Avenue.

Amaya at Broadbeach hits major sales milestone

Amalgamated Property Group has fast kicked off construction of its latest apartment development, Amaya, their $160 million tower in Broadbeach.

The project, which is a joint venture between APG and Base Developments is now on track for completion in late 2024. Gold Coast Builders GCB Constructions kicked off the earthworks in December, and started the foundation work in January.&nbsp;
