About the developer

TWT Property Group is an Australian property development company responsible for the New Life project in Darling Harbour, which features 11 terrace residences.

Located behind the old Heritage site of the Terminus Hotel on Harris Street in Pyrmont, the site features a collection of terrace houses, and a custom art piece from international contemporary artist Maria Fernanda Cardoso using rare sandstone that was harvested from the site.

There will be 200 residences on offer upon completion in the project, which has been designed by Architectus.
