APD Projects is a Melbourne-based developer and manager specialising in landmark residential and retail property led by founders Tarek Abdulnour and Brad Paddon. Combined, the duo have over 40 years of property expertise and focus on townhouses and bespoke apartments to master-planned communities, mixed-use neighbourhood, and commercial centres.

One of their latest developments is located in the heart of Caulfield North’s ‘Golden Mile’ at 70 Howitt Road, offering one and two-bed apartments over six residences spread across three levels.

The second project is ZEN Mont Albert, which offers 11 apartments, with one, two, and three-bedroom configurations across well-proportioned floor plans in the Mont Albert village.
