Faro, the luxury Broadbeach apartment development by joint venture partners Bottega and 5Point, has secured $15 million worth of sales just a week into its launch.

The four sales were snapped up by both local and interstate buyers.

The $80 million <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/faro-broadbeach-123-old-burleigh-road-broadbeach">Faro</a> sits on a prime site of 123 Old Burleigh Road, a site which was previously secured by <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developers/bottega-property-group">Bottega Group</a> in 2020.

The only beachfront apartment project on the market in the coveted Gold Coast suburb of Palm Beach has notched up more than $20 million in sales only weeks after its launch to the market.
