16MC Development is a design, construction, and community development focussed company that creates residential, commercial, and retail precincts. Working both in Australia and China, 16MC handle the development of city infrastructure to support residential development including, schools, universities, sports stadiums, and more.

Their latest Australian project is The Grace, located at 4 Lodge Street in Hornsby, designed by Mijollo International. The project consists of four mid-rise buildings that will be solely for residential use.
