Hey Maxime, thank you for your question. This development was completed in 2018. The only amenities for residents are the ground floor retail tenancy which is occupied by Harcourts Rata & Co. Sole is directly opposite Reservoir train station, which has just been transformed into a sky rail with extensive landscaping and bus terminal for your convenience. The area is undergoing redevelopment to become more pedestrian-friendly, linking Edwardes St shopping precinct to Broadway.
