We are interested in purchasing a 2 or 3 bedroom unit. Budget: up to $1.5M
Would you please send me a few options of 2 and 3 bedrooms so that we can compare with the size and price lists?

I also have several questions:
1. When did they complete the project? (Phase 1, 2, etc)2. How many units are there in total? How many units are on sale at the moment?3. How much is it occupied so far? (e.g. 70% occupied/has a contract) 4. Do you consider a discount?  6. What type of residents are they? (e.g. Are they living there or renting it out as an investment? Are they local Australians or investors from overseas? How about the family status? Are they young students, single workers, families with young kids, elderly downsizing?)7. What are the occupations of the residents? (e.g. self-employed, employed, professionals, young students etc)8. What are the most appealing aspects of this property? Where are popular units? 
If you can reply via email, that would be great as it's easy for me to understand than talking over the phone.

Thanks for your request. Unfortunately all apartments are sold out. We do have 2x 3bed Townhouses available in 1 Collins Wharf.

If you are interested in 2 bed 2 bath 1 car we also have Melbourne Quarter East Tower completing in late May with estimated occupation in June.

Lendlease has received approval for the $300 million apartment development. The Victoria Harbour precinct, No.1 Collins Wharf, has approved Lendlease to contract in its $300m apartment development. Back in 2015, property giant Lendlease had submitted an application for the residential project in Melbourne. According to Lendlease’s managing director of Urban Regeneration, Jonathan Emery, the development would take advantage of Victoria Harbour’s existing community assets including a nearby library, shops and public transport.
