Leading property developer Mirvac has announced that the first building in its Ascot Green development in Eagle Farm is nearly complete. Ascot House, overlooking Eagle Farm Racecourse, is over 70 percent sold after construction began just over 12 months ago.
Mirvac has announced a partnership with clean energy provider, Evergen, to bring an innovative solar offer to future residents of Ascot Green, the $950 million joint development with the Brisbane Racing Club at the Eagle Farm Racecourse.
Mirvac’s $950 million-plus Eagle Farm Residential Precinct redevelopment has today received official endorsement from the Brisbane City Council, heralding the start of construction on the eagerly awaited revitalisation project.
