Burkett emphasises <a href="/new-townhouses/luma-sunshine-north-247-st-albans-road-sunshine-north-vic-3020">LUMA</a>'s focus on sustainability, showcasing its seven-star energy-rated homes equipped with solar panels and electric vehicle (EV) charging stations.
