Presales in this stage were &ldquo;north of&rdquo; $30 million and apartments in that building sold on average for $9,000 per square metre, MaxCap&rsquo;s state director for Victoria, Johnny Woodhouse, told the AFR last month.

Non-bank lender MaxCap Group is providing the development with a $97 million first-mortgage facility for the construction of the two-tower residential and hotel complex.

According to the developers, project completion is on track for late 2022 with privately-owned Maxcon Constructions leading the construction.
