The apartments come in two configurations: a three-bedroom and four-bedroom plus multi-purpose room. They are priced from $6,125,000.

There are also two double-storey penthouses, which will take up two full floors each.

A diamond truss at the podium level and different textures and colours emphasise the tower's taper and set it apart from the neighbouring mid-rise towers.&nbsp;
