The Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre (VCCC) building a unique and ambitious endeavour.

Delivered as a public private partnership between the Victorian Government and the Plenary Health consortium, the building has been designed to be a landmark Melbourne site in a renowned biomedical precinct. Purpose built for cancer research, treatment and care, the VCCC building is the new home for Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre.

More than 2000 Peter Mac staff including their 500-plus cancer researchers are relocating here from late June 2016. Patients will have access to the latest equipment and facilities, including a new wellbeing centre, supporting the very best in cancer care for all Victorians.

The building will also provide cancer research and clinical spaces for The Royal Melbourne Hospital, and cancer research facilities for The University of Melbourne.

The building includes conference facilities and collaborative work environments for world-leading research, education and clinical activities, providing the best possible outcomes for people affected by cancer. Source
