Long-time collaborators Warren and Mahoney Architects have designed the project with John Patrick Landscapes designing the lush greenery and exterior amenity

Over 900 residences have been signed off on, as well as over 200 hotel suites which will be part of the mixed-use central tower, the tallest tower which will rise up to 60 levels
