Bridgehill, the well-known property developer behind the popular UNO and JADE residences in Green Square, has recently announced the launch of their latest Green Square project, ALBA.

The group has appointed Westbourne Construction to handle the build of the new development, marking the sixth collaboration between the two.&nbsp;

ALBA will comprise 360 apartments across two buildings of 10 and 15 storeys, with a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as generously proportioned double-storey penthouses.

Designed in collaboration by McNally Architects and Sissons Architects, ALBA will feature warm, textured terracotta masonry, paying homage to Green Square's rich industrial heritage.&nbsp;

Completed is slated for Q3 2024.
